CONDITII DE PARTICIPARE 2024
Perioada de primire porumbei: 01 Martie-31 Mai 2024.
Porumbeii trebuie sa fie vaccinati contra paramixovirozei cu minim 10 zile inainte de sosire in columbodrom.
Porumbeii trebuie sa poarte inele din anul 2024 omologate indiferent de federația care aparțin.
PORUMBEII CE VOR FI INTRATI IN COLUMBODROM VOR FI INSOTITI CU TALONUL DE PROPRIETATE.
La intrarea in columbodrom in max 3-4 zile, porumbei vor fi cipati si se vor putea vedea online pe BENZING LIVE, si in acest caz va rugam sa verificati foarte bine numele si seriile porumbeilor.
SE POATE PARTICIPA CU MINIM 2 PORUMBEI
NUMARUL DE PORUMBEI INSCRISI DE UN PARTICIPNAT SAU TANDEM ESTE NELIMITAT.
PORUMBEII CARE NU VOR FI ACHITATI PANA LA STARTUL PRIMULUI ANTRENAMENT VOR FI DATI SPRE ACTIVARE DE ALTE PERSOANE TERTE,LISTA CE VA FI POSTATA PE SITE-UL COLUMBODROMULUI,IAR IN URMA ACHITARI,ACESTIA VOR BENEFICIA DE PREMIERE SI PROCENT DIN VANZAREA PORUMBEILOR.
PARTICIPANTI CARE S-AU INSCRIS SI AU PLĂTIT JUMĂTATE SAU INTEGRAL ECHIPA, PLATA NU SE REVENDICA. ARE OBLIGAȚIA DE A TRIMITE NUMĂRUL DE PORUMBEI INSCRISI ATATA TIMP CÂT A OCUPAT ACEL LOC. NU SUNTEM RESPONSABILI PENTRU NESERIOZITATEA CELOR CE NU RESPECTA INSCRIEREA IN COMPETITIE.
PORUMBEII angajati in etapa finala care nu vor avea PEDIGREELE trimise în ziua finalei pana la ora 14 pe email petrovici.mihaita@yahoo.com sau WHATSAPP 0731475964 – 0738187585 ,messenger, își vor pierde dreptul de premiere si procentul din licitație de 50% si PORUMBEI vor intra in posesia columbodromului.

NU ACCEPTAM COPIE PARINTII A PORUMBELULUI FARA PEDIGREE-UL COMPLET.
IN CAZUL IN CARE VOM DEPASI NUMERICUL DE 1500 PORUMBEI PLATITI ,SAU NU VOM ATINGE PRAGUL ,PREMIILE VOR FI RECALCULATE CU PROCENTUL DE 50% DIN TOTALUL INCASARILOR SI TOTODATA LOCURILE DIN PREMIERE NU VOR FI MODIFICATE DOAR PROCENTUL SUMELE VOR FI MODIFICATE IN FUNCTIE DE NUMERICUL PORUMBEILOR PLATITI.
Primii 50 porumbei finalisti si primii 10 porumbei A.S. vor fi opriti in columbodrom pentru licitatie.
Porumbeii care sunt opriti pentru licitatie, cei 50 FINALISTI si 10 AS insotiti de pedigree si talon de proprietate ,vor fi scoși la licitație online după încheierea sezonului competițional, suma se va repartiza 50% proprietar , 50% columbodrom dupa deducerea cheltuielilor de licitatie 15%.
Porumbeii nevanduti pot fi cumpărați de către proprietar contra sumei de 30 euro/porumbel în termen de 7 zile de la licitație,iar in caz contrar vor deveni proprietatea columbodromului.
Dupa data de 30 MAI se va efectua primul inventar , porumbeii lipsa vor fi publicati pe site si inlocuirea se va face din porumbei trimisi rezerva sau in cazul in care nu are acoperire de rezerve proprietari au obligatia de a trimite anul acesta inlocuirea,nu acceptam anul viitor .
Columbodromul isi rezerva dreptul de a modifica programul de antrenamente si concursuri in caz de epidemii,gripa aviara si conditii meteo nefavorabile .
INTRE ETAPELE DE CONCURS DACA VREMEA NU NE VA PERMITE PENTRU EFECTUAREA ETAPEI ,COLUMBODROMUL VA EFECTUA SI UN ANTRENAMENT DE 30 -40 KM PANA LA URMATORUL CONCURS,DOAR LA DECIZIA ORGANIZATORILOR.
Organizatorii își asumă responsabilitatea pentru asigurarea vaccinari tuturor porumbeilor,vaccin contra paramixoviroza,si difteovariolei.
Antrenamentele si concursurile vor putea fi urmarite in timp real pe Benzing Live si totodata lansarile si sosirile porumbeilor vor fi in direct pe reteaua de socializare FACEBOOK COLUMBODROM AUTOSTRADA SOARELUI.
Organizatorii își asumă responsabilitatea pentru asigurarea celor mai bune condiții:
– hrană;
– tratamente (inclusiv vaccinare împotriva adeno-coli și paramixoviroză);
– antrenamente și securitate pentru porumbeii angajați.
Asul este considerat porumbelul care claseaza toate cele 5 etape cu cel mai bun timp de zbor (overall speed) calculat automat de SISTEMUL BENZING.
Festivitatea de premiere va avea loc în ziua în care se va desfășura etapa finală .
ETAPA DERBY
Acest DERBY se va desfasura in functie de numericul de porumbei sositi in finala.
Primii 50 porumbei finalisti si primii 10 porumbei A.S. vor fi opriti in columbodrom pentru licitatie.
Toti ceilalti porumbei vor fi angajati la acest DERBY,cu conditia activarii lor de catre proprietar ,iar in cazul in care nu se va activa de proprietar se va da spre activare de alte persoane care vor beneficia de premiere,iar proprietarul porumbelului va beneficia de procentul din licitatie.
Taxa de activare va fi stabilita dupa etapa finala .
PREMIEREA va fi impozitata conform legilor statului roman.

THE TOP 100 TEAMS WILL BENEFIT FROM A FREE PIGEON
TEAM: 5+1 FREE + 1 RESERVE = 500 EURO.
THE RESERVE REMAINING IN THE COMPETITION UNTIL THE START OF THE FIRST TRAINING WILL BE PAID BY THE PARTICIPANT, WHICH WILL BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT IN THE PRIZE POOL.
THE OFFER IS RESERVED FOLLOWING THE PAYMENT OF 20% OF THE TEAM VALUE, WITH THE REMAINING 80% REMAINING TO MAKE PAYMENT UNTIL THE END OF REGISTRATIONS (END OF MONDAY MAY 31, 2024).
THERE IS NO MAINTENANCE FEE
THERE IS NO ACTIVATION FEE
RESERVE PIGEONS AUTOMATICALLY REPLACE THE MISSING PIGEONS IN THE INVENTORY, AND IF THERE IS NO SHORTAGE THESE RESERVES WILL BE PAID UNTIL THE START OF THE FIRST TRAINING.
OTHERWISE, THE UNPAID RESERVE WILL BE PUBLISHED ON THE PIGEON LOFT WEBSITE FOR ACTIVATION BY OTHER THIRD PARTIES, WHICH WILL BENEFIT FROM PRIZES AND THE PERCENTAGE OF PIGEON SALE IN THE AUCTION.
CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION 2024
Pigeon reception period: 01 March-31 May 2024.
Pigeons must be vaccinated against paramyxovirosis at least 10 days before arrival in the pigeon loft.
Pigeons must wear homologated rings from 2024 regardless of which federation they belong to.
THE PIGEONS THAT WILL BE ENTERED IN THE PIGEON LOFT WILL BE ACCOMPANIED WITH THE PROPERTY CERTIFICATE.
At the entrance to the pigeon loft in max 3-4 days, pigeons will be chipped and can be seen online on BENZING LIVE, and in this case please check very well the names and series of pigeons.
YOU CAN PARTICIPATE WITH AT LEAST 2 PIGEONS
THE NUMBER OF PIGEONS REGISTERED BY A PARTICIPANT OR TANDEM IS UNLIMITED.
THE PIGEONS THAT WILL NOT BE PAID UNTIL THE START OF THE FIRST TRAINING WILL BE GIVEN FOR ACTIVATION BY OTHER THIRD PARTIES, THE LIST THAT WILL BE POSTED ON THE PIGEON WEBSITE, AND FOLLOWING THE PAYMENTS, THEY WILL BENEFIT FROM PRIZES AND PERCENTAGE OF THE SALE OF PIGEONS.
PARTICIPANTS WHO HAVE SIGNED UP AND PAID HALF OR ALL OF THE TEAM, PAYMENT IS NOT CLAIMED. HE HAS THE OBLIGATION TO SEND THE NUMBER OF PIGEONS REGISTERED AS LONG AS HE OCCUPIED THAT PLACE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE UNRELIABILITY OF THOSE WHO DO NOT RESPECT THE REGISTRATION IN THE COMPETITION.
PIGEONS engaged in the final stage who will not have their PEDIGREES sent on the day of the final until 2 pm by email petrovici.mihaita@yahoo.com or WHATSAPP 0731475964 – 0738187585, messenger, will lose their right to prize and the percentage of the auction of 50% and PIGEONS will take possession of the pigeon loft.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT TRIMMING PEDIGREES AFTER FINALS DAY.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT PARENTAL COPIES OF THE PIGEON WITHOUT THE FULL PEDIGREE.
IF WE EXCEED THE NUMBER OF 1500 PAID PIGEONS, OR WE DO NOT REACH THE THRESHOLD, THE PRIZES WILL BE RECALCULATED WITH THE PERCENTAGE OF 50% OF THE TOTAL RECEIPTS AND AT THE SAME TIME THE PLACES IN THE PRIZES WILL NOT BE CHANGED, ONLY THE PERCENTAGE, THE AMOUNTS WILL BE MODIFIED DEPENDING ON THE NUMBER OF PIGEONS PAID.
The first 50 finalist pigeons and the first 10 A.S. pigeons will be stopped in the loft loft for auction.
The pigeons that are stopped for the auction, the 50 FINALISTS and 10 AS accompanied by pedigree and property certificate, will be auctioned online after the end of the competition season, the amount will be distributed 50% owner, 50% pigeon loft after deducting auction expenses 15%.
Unsold pigeons can be bought by the owner for 30 euros / pigeon within 7 days from the auction, otherwise they will become the property of the pigeon loft.
After MAY 30, the first inventory will be made, the missing pigeons will be published on the site and the replacement will be made from pigeons sent reserve or if it does not have reserve coverage owners have the obligation to send this year the replacement, we do not accept next year.
The pigeon loft reserves the right to modify the training and competition program in case of epidemics, bird flu and adverse weather conditions.
BETWEEN THE COMPETITION STAGES, IF THE WEATHER DOES NOT ALLOW US TO PERFORM THE STAGE, THE PIGEON LOFT WILL ALSO PERFORM A TRAINING OF 30 -40 KM UNTIL THE NEXT COMPETITION, ONLY AT THE DECISION OF THE ORGANIZERS.
The organizers assume responsibility for ensuring vaccination of all pigeons, vaccine against paramyxovirosis, and diphtheosmallx.
The trainings and competitions can be followed in real time on Benzing Live and at the same time the launches and arrivals of the pigeons will be live on the social network FACEBOOK COLUMBODROM HIGHWAY OF THE SUN.
The organizers assume responsibility for ensuring the best conditions:
–food;
treatments (including vaccination against adeno-coli and paramyxovirosis);
– training and security for employed pigeons.
The ace is considered the pigeon that ranks all 5 stages with the best flight time (overall speed) automatically calculated by the BENZING SYSTEM.
The award ceremony will take place on the day of the final stage.
DERBY STAGE
This DERBY will take place depending on the number of pigeons arriving in the final.
The first 50 finalist pigeons and the first 10 A.S. pigeons will be stopped in the loft loft for auction.
All other pigeons will be employed at this DERBY, provided they are activated by the owner, and if they are not activated by the owner, they will be activated by other people who will benefit from prizes, and the owner of the pigeon will benefit from the percentage of the auction.
The activation fee will be established after the final stage.
The award will be taxed according to the laws of the Romanian state.
